1. The Seller
These terms are between you and Gephas Murangiri ("we", "us"), the seller of the Pro Plan subscription. If you have questions, contact us at the email address shown on your receipt.
2. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns and refunds for purchases made through our checkout. Your card or PayPal statement will show a charge from Paddle.
3. Subscription & Billing
The Pro Plan costs $29.00 USD per month, billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis until canceled. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt or compromise it, accessing it by automated means beyond any API we provide, infringing others' rights, or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
The service, its content, and its branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the service while your subscription is active.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability where that would be unlawful.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
